Backup & Restore is available from the app's Settings. Backups are created by the user and protected with a password. Keep your backup file in a safe location and remember the password used to create it.
When contacting support
- Tell us what you were trying to do.
- Describe what happened.
- Include the app version and iOS version when relevant.
- Do not send passwords or sensitive business information by email.
BizPeopleWorks analytics records general app activity, such as feature events. Customer and invoice contents are not included in analytics events.
