Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how BizPeopleWorks handles information when you use the app and related support services.

1. Business records

BizPeopleWorks stores the business information you enter into the app, including business details, customer records, invoices, invoice items, payments, expenses and related settings, according to the app's local storage and backup functionality.

Your customer and invoice content is not included in BizPeopleWorks analytics events.

2. Analytics

BizPeopleWorks uses SUVRILO Analytics to understand general app usage and feature activity. Analytics may include technical information such as an installation identifier, app bundle identifier, app version, iOS version, device model and general event activity.

Analytics events can indicate that an action occurred, such as creating, editing or deleting a customer or invoice. The underlying customer or invoice content is not sent as part of those events.

3. Information we do not include in analytics

Analytics events are not designed to contain customer names, customer contact details, invoice numbers, invoice amounts, invoice items, business names, payment amounts, expense amounts, notes or other underlying business record content.

4. Sign in and account information

If account authentication is used by your version of BizPeopleWorks, information required to authenticate and maintain the account may be processed by the app's authentication service. When Sign in with Apple is used, Apple may provide an identifier and, where available, an email address or name according to the choices you make with Apple.

5. Backup and restore

BizPeopleWorks provides a user-initiated encrypted backup and restore feature. The backup file is created by the app and can be saved or shared by you. BizPeopleWorks does not automatically upload your business backup file to a third-party cloud service.

You are responsible for keeping your backup file and backup password in a safe place.

6. Support communications

If you contact support by email, we receive the information you choose to include in your message. Please do not send passwords or unnecessary sensitive business information.

7. Data security

We use reasonable measures appropriate to the app's design to protect information handled by BizPeopleWorks. No method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

8. Children's privacy

BizPeopleWorks is intended for business use and is not directed to children.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the app, services or applicable requirements change. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised date.
